Retail Orders Get FREE Delivery on Orders $49
We offer a flat $8.50 standard shipping fee for most items and orders shipped in the continental U.S. For Alaska + Hawaii, we offer a flat $11.95 standard economy shipping fee. For all orders over $45, enjoy free shipping.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
- Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirements.
- Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, and once an order has been placed there is a 1-3 business day processing time, after receiving your order confirmation email. During high volume sale periods processing times can be 3-5 business days. Local San Mateo, CA pick up is not available at this time.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders internationally with the exception of Canada. Please refer back to this page for any updates on this possibility in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Orders shipped to Canada are exempt from flat rate and free shipping offers and may be subject to additional customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges
Gobi Goji is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality products and your experience is important to us. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact our customer service at support@gobigoji.com within 30 days of your order date.
Please note, as an agricultural product, some seasonal variance is to be expected in the flavor profiles of tea. For this reason, we recommend purchasing smaller quantities such as our “Teaser” sample size, ensuring the tea is to your liking before committing to larger bags.
If you purchased your tea from a third party such as Amazon or Whole Foods, please note we lack access to your purchase history with these retailers, we kindly ask you to contact the retailer at which you purchased the items for the resolution of all product-related issues. We apologize that we can’t assist you directly with these purchases.

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from San Mateo, California.
Shipping transit time varies depending on the destination address but typically expect 1-2 business days if you are on the West Coast, 3 business days if you are in the Central region or East Coast of continental U.S.
Can I change my shipping address?
If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit.
We charge a reshipment fee of $10 for incorrectly provided addresses at checkout if the order is returned to our warehouse.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
